What does "GN positions" mean?

GN (Gastronorm) is the international standard for food pan dimensions. A 7 GN display holds 7 GN 1/4 pans, easy to swap and wash. All our displays accept standard GN pans available everywhere.

Does it hold temperature in summer?

Yes. The cooling units are sized for professional use in warm climates. For particularly hot or open spaces we recommend a stronger cooling version or a lid, tell us about your space and we will guide you.

Display

Refrigerated salad displays keep ingredients fresh, organised in GN pans and visible to the customer, speeding up service and lifting sales. They are essential in pizzerias, salad bars, sandwich shops and any kitchen with an open production line.

Built in our factory in 5, 7 and 10 GN versions, countertop or with their own base counter, with built in or remote cooling.
